A longtime fashion photographer and contributor to The New York Times Style Section, the documentary Bill Cunningham New York by Richard Press gives us a close look a the man behind ‘On the Street” and “Evening hours”. Last night’s sold out premiere had a couple of fun suprises including Q & A with the films Director, Richard Press and Producer, Phillip Gefter as well as an apperance by Cunningham’s longtime neighbor and friend, Editta Sherman(who is even more fabulous in person than she is in photos!). I literally grinned ear to ear the entire film, a MUST SEE!
